Pipeline Equipment supplied the construction site with centering equipment and weld seam cover mats \u2013 directly from Gladbeck to Bulgaria. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project overview: Repair of the transit pipeline DN 1000<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transit gas pipeline supplies the <strong>Republic of Greece<\/strong> and the <strong>Republic of North Macedonia<\/strong> with natural gas, making it an important pipeline for the energy supply in South-Eastern Europe. The pipeline was repaired in the section between Yavorovo and Gorno Belevo. The partly <strong>hilly and mountainous terrain<\/strong> placed particular demands on equipment and work processes.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Customer and partners<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client was the Bulgarian branch of <strong>HABAU S.R.L.<\/strong>, part of the Austrian <strong>HABAU Group<\/strong>. HABAU has been active in pipeline construction in Bulgaria for years. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construction period: Deliveries from September to November 2024<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We supplied the construction site between <strong>September and November 2024<\/strong> \u2013 by freight forwarder on pallets directly to the site in Vinarovo. To save freight costs, we bundled deliveries and shipped the external and internal line-up clamps together. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Products and technology: Equipment for DN 1000<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For aligning and welding the DN 1000 pipes, we supplied:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pipeline-equipment.de\/en\/welding-blankets-for-the-protection-of-weld-seams\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"562\">Welding blankets:<\/a><\/strong> DN 1000, 50 cm wide, to protect the welds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pipeline-equipment.de\/en\/pneumatic-internal-line-up-clamp-for-precise-weld-seams\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"1286\">Pneumatic internal line-up clamp DN 1000 with hill brake<\/a><\/strong>: for safe centering of the pipes even on slopes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pipeline-equipment.de\/en\/external-line-up-clamp-for-precise-welding\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"353\">External line-up clamp DN 1000:<\/a><\/strong> with hydraulic cylinder (5 t pressure force)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pipeline-equipment.de\/en\/external-line-up-clamp-for-precise-welding\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"353\">External line-up clamp DN 1000<\/a><\/strong>: heavy-duty version with bridges, set screws and hydraulic cylinder (10 t pressure force)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Services by Pipeline Equipment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to supplying equipment, we supported HABAU with these services:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery abroad: <\/strong>Shipping by freight forwarder directly to the construction site in Bulgaria, including all shipping and customs documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bundled transport:<\/strong> Several orders together on one pallet to save freight and time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fast processing:<\/strong> We handled orders promptly and dispatched them quickly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion: Reliable across borders<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The repair of the transit gas pipeline shows that <strong>Pipeline Equipment<\/strong> supplies not only construction sites in Germany but also projects throughout Europe.
