The pipe bending machines for pipeline construction ensure that pipes are precisely adapted to the route – directly on the construction site or in the pipe store. They process pipe diameters from 6″ to 24″ (DN 100 – DN 600) and guarantee the highest bending quality and repeat accuracy with hydraulic control, robust steel construction and a powerful diesel engine. Thanks to interchangeable bending beds, different pipe dimensions can be bent with the same machines, making them ideal for flexible projects.

The pipe bending machines for pipeline construction can be used directly on the route or in the pipe store. This eliminates the need for time-consuming transportation of already bent pipes, saving time and money. Thanks to interchangeable bending beds, the machines can process different pipe dimensions, making them particularly adaptable to different project requirements.
Our pipe bending machines are designed so that they can be used in all climatic conditions worldwide. For construction sites in very hot or cold regions, we offer special accessories that optimally prepare the machines for extreme temperatures.
Bending is carried out step by step to ensure a uniform bend without deformation. Pneumatic or hydraulic bending mandrels prevent wrinkling by stabilizing the pipe from the inside. For quality control, the first bending is usually carried out under the supervision of an approval institution (TÜV or AMPA), while calibration disks ensure that no oval deformation occurs.
A mandrel stabilizes the pipe from the inside during bending and prevents deformations such as wrinkling or ovalization. Hydraulic mandrels can be connected directly to the hydraulic system of the pipe bending machine and conveniently controlled from the control panel. Pneumatic mandrels require an additional compressor, but also ensure consistent bending quality. The choice of the right mandrel depends on the specific requirements of the project.
Depending on the requirements, a decision is made as to which pipe bending machine is most suitable. The following factors, among others, are taken into account: Outer pipe diameter, wall thickness, steel quality and type and thickness of coating.
