The pipe cutting and beveling machines in the RSV series have been specially developed for cutting and chamfering pipes. They cover diameters from 70 mm to over 6000 mm and enable precise cuts and weld seam preparations in X and V shapes. Thanks to their robust design, the machines are equally suitable for construction site operation and prefabrication.
For pipe diameters from 70 mm to 420 mm. Optionally with fixed (RSV-0) or hinged construction (RSV-1 to RSV-3).
Motorized version of the RSV-4 for pipe diameters from 420 mm to 160 mm, with infinitely variable speed control.
With modular steel belt guide for 400 mm to 1600 mm pipe diameters, expandable for larger pipes up to 6000 mm.
Sturdy sheet steel box for safe storage of RSV machines and accessories.
For pipe diameters from 6 inches with flexible stainless steel beveling belts. Motorizable and ideal for tight spaces with only 6 inches of clearance.

The RSV series offers flexible models such as the RSV-0 with a fixed ring arm or the RSV-4/14, which works with modular steel band guides for diameters from 400 mm to over 6000 mm. Thanks to the modular design, the machines can be adapted to different pipe sizes and applications.
With a swivel cutting torch of ±45° and height and lateral adjustment, the RSV series guarantees maximum precision. This is particularly advantageous for weld seam preparation and demanding industrial pipe processing.
The machines are equipped with four drive wheels to ensure stable operation. Hand cranks and optional electric drives are ergonomically positioned so that the operator does not have to change position during cutting.
The compact and robust design of the machines makes them ideal for use on construction sites and in prefabrication. Their low weight also makes transportation and assembly easier.
